Muscari 'Baby's Breath' is one of Pam's Faves this season...this is what she has to say:
If you're looking for sweet scented, adorable, early-blooming and uniquely coloured flowers - Baby's Breath should be at the top of your list. These little cuties perform well in the garden and in containers plus they make the best little cut flowers. Simply adorbs!
Sweet like baby's breath this aptly-name Muscari is simply charming. The baby-blue flowers are sweetly scented and pair well with other early bloomers like Narcissus.
Commonly known as Grape Hyacinth, Muscari provide a wealth of blooms and are very easy to grow. Short spikes of blooms appear very early in the spring and their grass like leaves will appear in the fall. Try planting them in rock gardens, along borders, under trees or naturalized in short grass. For shorter flower bouquet arrangements, try adding a few Muscari: not only are they delightfully sweet smelling but they provide a nice accent to your traditional spring bouquet.
