Kaveri Novelty Lily

Imagine having all of the wonderful attributes of both an Oriental and Asiatic lily all in one! Kaveri fits the bill and offers golden yellow, side-facing blooms, emblazoned with reddish flames. A real hotty in the garden.

This exceptional variety produces up to seven flowers per stem… a real stroke of genius from hybridizers! Expect a lot of blooms from this one and a lot of height so be sure to choose an appropriate spot where you can best show it off. Plant them in a rather heavy soil with an ample supply of humus and good drainage. Remove faded flowers and do not cut back stems until autumn. Colonies of bulbs can be left undisturbed for years but should be lifted and separated when they become overcrowded.
