You have the option of either ordering
our products directly on-line through our secure site or by filling
out an Order Form and contacting us by phone, fax, mail or email.
On Line Ordering:
Ordering with us on-line is a simple
and secure process. There are a couple of ways you can search
for and choose products from our on-line catalogue.
Item Number/Product
Name Search
If you received a copy of our catalogue and would like to search for a product by it's item number or name go to the navigation bar on our Home Page and click on Site Search. Now type in the item number or name you're looking for in the search box and click on the Search button. Our system will automatically locate the product for you. Once it appears choose the bag quantity you would like by clicking on it and this will add the item to your Shopping Basket.
When you add an item to your Basket you will be transferred to the Basket Contents screen to confirm your choice. You can then continue shopping by clicking either the Return to Catalogue link or the Back to Previous Category link. Continue choosing items this way and once you're done proceed to the Checkout Process as listed below.
Choosing Items
by Browsing the On-Line Catalogue
You can also browse through our on-line catalogue by clicking the appropriate link on our Home Page i.e. Spring 2005 Catalogue. You can also browse our Specials by clicking on the link or the scrolling bar at the bottom of the Home Page. Once you find an item you like, choose the bag quantity you would like to purchase and click on it. This will automatically add the item to your Shopping Basket.
When you add an item to your Basket you will be transferred to the Basket Contents screen to confirm your choice. You can then continue shopping by clicking either the Return to Catalogue link or the Back to Previous Category link. Continue choosing items this way and once you're done proceed to the Checkout Process as listed below.
Viewing & Changing
Items in your Shopping Basket
If you would like to review the items in your Shopping Basket or change or delete any of the items or package quantities simply click on the Basket Contents link. You will now see a complete list of the items you've chosen and you can delete items by clicking the Remove button or change the number of packages on order by typing in the number you wish to purchase in the box provided. Be sure to click the Update button to show the new subtotal. Now that your Shopping Basket is complete proceed to the Checkout Process as listed below.
Checkout Process
You've chosen your items and now we need to know a bit information about you, where to send your order and how you would like to pay. Click on the Checkout or Store Checkout button. Be sure to read our Terms and Conditions before proceeding. This will give you an idea of how and when we ship, what shipping charges will apply as well as other important information.
Fill in the Bill To and Ship To address fields. If you miss a field and try to proceed you will be notified and asked to fill in the appropriate information. Once complete click on the Continue button. You will now be transferred to our secure on-line ordering site. The Shipping & Handling fee will be automatically chosen for you based on the dollar value of your order. Choose which credit card you would like to use (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) and click the Continue button.
You will now see your complete order listed including applicable Shipping & Handling charges and taxes. Please provide your credit card details as requested and click Continue.
Your order has now been placed with us. An email confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address you provided. If you have any questions at all regarding your order please don't hesitate to contact us. We would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have!
Printing an Order
Form and Ordering by Phone, Fax, Mail or Email:
For those who prefer not to order directly on-line we have provided a copy of our Order Form on the web site that you can print out and use for your reference when phoning in or emailing your order or you can send the order form to us by mail or fax.
