We’re particularly excited about our Spring 2008 product line because there are so many new things to share with you - starting with a few introductions!
We thought it was high time that you got to know us a bit better and so we’ve added a brand new link called May We Introduce! Here you’ll be greeted by a few smiling faces and some very interesting background tidbits. We’ve all spoken to, corresponded with and filled orders for many of you over the years. Although we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting all of you face to face we thought it would be nice if you could see us and find out a little more about where we’ve come from and why we love doing what we do!
In the spirit of “gettin’ to know ya’ neighbour” we’ve also created a brand new section called Our Favourites where you’ll find our very own picks for the season. It’s the fastest way to find out what the Botanus gals will be planting this spring!
Included in those favourites are a few varieties that are brand new for us this year - in fact - at last count we’d added over 90 new products to our already bursting spring line of gardening goodies. If that makes you feel like dancing around the garden shed a few times then be sure to check out our new selection of Tango Lilies! Now honestly, if you haven’t grown any of these stunning varieties, now’s the time ... you’re guaranteed to be blown away by their beauty.
And it just keeps getting better. There are all sorts of exciting new plants to try including (drum roll please!) a brand new assortment of David Austin Roses which we’re importing directly from England. Combined with our selection of Weeks Floribunda, Hybrid Tea and Shrub Roses, our new rose roster on pages 30 & 32 reads something like a winners list from an awards night gala - Judy Garland, William Shakespeare, Betty Boop, George Burns and Elizabeth Taylor!
Of course to help you with all the planting you’re going to be doing this spring we’ve totally revamped our Garden Tool section to include some Japanese-made, high quality tools. We’ve been very particular when choosing these new tools. Simply put - we’ve tried them all, we love them all and we know that you’ll love them too.
Speaking of love, we can’t say enough about our ever expanding line of Tuscan Farm Beauty products - we adore them! If you haven’t tried some of these exquisite soaps or creams you really don’t know what you’ve been missing. They truly make you feel good all over - especially after a long day out in the garden. Ahhhh!
